They accommodated us with 2 queen beds in the room.
Having to get on 2 different elevators to get from our room down to the street.

Very convenient to theatres, which was the purpose of our trip.
Rooms are fairly small.
This hotel is right in the middle of the theatre district, convenient to Times Square. The rooms are smallish, but very comfortable with large-size bathrooms. In spite of the noisy area, the rooms are quiet. The decor of the lobby area not on the ground floor, is a bit weird but okay, while the decor of the rooms is pleasant and masculine, good for business travelers. ...read more

The staff, location and cleanliness of the room were all great!
The double elevators were somewhat of a hassle.
